Y3K Club is a work in progress. This interim notice describes how the current priority review list handles the information you submit.
Information we collect
If you join the priority review list, we collect the full name, email address and phone number you provide. An invitation, when present, is checked separately. Joining the list does not create an account, membership or guarantee of access.
How we use it
We use the submitted information to review interest in Y3K Club, manage invitations and contact selected applicants about possible access. We may also use limited technical information processed by our infrastructure to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
Storage and service providers
Your contact details are encrypted in your browser before they are submitted. The encrypted record is stored using Cloudflare services. Cloudflare also provides hosting, security and Turnstile abuse protection. Access to decrypted contact details is restricted to authorized Y3K Club operators who hold the separate private key.
Retention and changes
Information may be kept while it remains relevant to the priority review and invitation process, subject to operational, security and legal needs. Because Y3K Club and this process are still evolving, this notice and the way the service operates may change. The current notice will be published on this page.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. A method for privacy and deletion requests will be published here as the service moves beyond its initial work-in-progress stage.
